Ingredients List

  • ¼ cup black olives, seedless & cut into halves
  • 2 sachets Knorr Chicken Bouillon
  • Black pepper – cumin
  • 2 tablespoons garlic , minced
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons corn oil
  • 1 green pepper ,sliced
  • 1 kg fillet fish
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ red pepper
  • ½ green pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • ½ cup Knorr Tomato Sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon curcuma
  • 3 ½ cup water
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cups rice
  • 3 Knorr Chicken flavored Bouillon cubes

Preparation

  1. Wash fish thoroughly ,then place fish fillets on baking tray. Season with lemon juice ,Knorr Chicken flavored Bouillon, pepper and cumin. Leave it for one hour.

  2. Slice onions, cut each slice into halves . Heat pan on medium flame , then add onions, pepper, garlic and stir for 2 minutes. Add ¼ cup of water, Knorr Tomato Sauce & olives. Heat the mixture till it boils.

  3. Cover fish fillets with tomato sauce. Place tray in the oven on medium heat for 30-35 minutes until fish is done. Serve instantly with rice cooked with Knorr Chicken Bouillon Cube.

  4. Wash rice and drain it.

  5. Mince onion ,grind garlic, cut pepper into cubes.

  6. Fry onion in oil and butter, add garlic till it turns gold.

  7. Add pepper. Stir until done.

  8. Add tomatoes, Knorr Tomato sauce, water and spices, till they boil add Knorr Chicken Bouillon.

  9. Add rice. Cook it on high flame for 8 minutes, Cover the pot and lower the flame until done. Serve with fish.
