- 2 cup spinach leaves
- ½ cup black olives
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper cut length wise
- 200g pack hallomi cheese sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 sachet Knorr basil with thyme seasoning mix
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard
- Prepare dressing as directed on the back of the sachet then stir with balsamic vinegar and mustard.
- Heat a griddle pan until very hot, brush hallomi slices with olive oil from both sides then grill for 2 minutes on each side.
- Meanwhile toss salad ingredients in medium serving bowl,top with grilled hallomi and drizzled with dressing.
